Meg Baker joined Legal Key as the Operations Manager in October 2012. Meg has a long history working with nonprofit organizations dedicated to social change. Prior to joining Legal Key, Meg worked at The Access Project (TAP), a nonprofit working to strengthen community action, promote social change, and improve health especially for those who are most vulnerable. At TAP, she was responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the office including financial management, administrative staff management and space and facilities management. She has also worked at the Asian American Civic Association (AACA) working with their job training programs, providing case management and job readiness assistance.

Jeannine Casselman is the Law & Policy Director at Legal Key. She was previously with the Rhode Island Center for Law and Public Policy and served as the Program Director for the Rhode Island Medical-Legal Partnership from 2011-2016. Jeannine graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2009 where she focused on public interest law. She interned with the Rhode Island Commission for Human Rights, South Coastal Counties Legal Services and the Community Mediation Center of Rhode Island.
Amy Copperman took the helm at Legal Key in January 2023, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the legal aid community in Massachusetts. Previously, Amy led AmeriCorps Legal Advocates of Massachusetts (ALA-MA), an innovative statewide access to justice program that deploys national service corps members — most of whom are not licensed attorneys — to serve low-income families with civil legal needs. Amy began her legal career as a staff attorney, litigator, and trainer with Massachusetts Law Reform Institute (MLRI), where she specialized in housing law and policy for people impacted by homelessness, fair housing, and public housing tenant’s rights. She has also been a cooking and healthy eating instructor, and before attending law school she worked in fundraising and development for the Women’s Prison Association in New York City. Amy is Co-Chair of the Board of Directors at Food For Free, an anti-hunger organization in Cambridge, MA. She is also Co-Chair of the Community Partners Working Group for the Massachusetts Access to Justice Commission and a member of the Regional Stakeholder Advisory Board of the Tufts Clinical and Translational Science Institute. Amy received her B.A. from Brown University and her J.D. from Harvard Law School. She holds a certificate in nonprofit management from Tufts University Jonathan M. Tisch College of Civic Life.
Stephanie Duggan-Lykes is a Law & Policy Consultant at Legal Key. Prior to joining us, she represented survivors of domestic violence in family law cases throughout the Boston area and the South Shore, most recently at Casa Myrna. Stephanie’s previous work also includes representing LGBTQ+ survivors of domestic violence and as a fair housing advocate. She received her law degree from The George Washington University Law School and her B.A. from Northeastern University.
Jeff Gilbert is the Partnership & Project Manager at Legal Key and a long-time champion of health equity and sustainable food systems. He previously worked in the intersection of partnerships and communications at the Somerville-based urban agriculture company Green City Growers, and held mixed-methods evaluation roles with Granville-Vance Public Health and the Inter-Faith Food Shuttle in North Carolina. Jeff received his Masters of Public Health in Health Behavior from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Gillings School of Global Public Health, and his BA from Lehigh University.
Rebecca M. Kislak is a Law and Policy Consultant whose career is rooted in collaborative law and policy. Rebecca was a founding attorney of the Medical-Legal Partnership at Community Legal Aid in Worcester, MA, and director of the initial Rhode Island Medical-Legal Partnership program. She also served as Policy Director and Counsel at the Rhode Island Health Center Association. Rebecca teaches health policy as an adjunct professor at Rhode Island College and the Brown University School of Public Health and represents her Providence district as a State Representative in the Rhode Island General Assembly. A graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and Brown University, she is licensed to practice law in RI, MA, and PA.
Sarah Yan is a Law & Policy Consultant at Legal Key. Before joining us, she was a Staff Attorney at DOVE (Domestic Violence Ended) Inc. representing survivors of domestic violence in their family law, restraining order, and immigration matters. She is passionate about working from a client centered and trauma-informed perspective to help individuals make informed and safety conscious decisions. Sarah received her JD from Boston University School of Law and her BA from University of California, San Diego.
