Headline: A year ago in April 2025, hundreds of thousands of people who entered the U.S. through CBP One received an email terminating their lawful parole status. On March 31, 2026, a federal judge found that this termination of status was illegal and restored parole through CBP One. Class members of this nationwide class action include people who 1) scheduled their appointments for entry to the United States using the CBP One app; 2) were paroled into the United States between May 16, 2023 and January 19, 2025; 3) had their parole terminated in April 2025 pursuant to an email without any further explanation; and 4) remain in the United States. DHS has not yet complied with the court order, has not updated the I-94 portal, or taken steps to indicate CBP One parole has been restored.
