Legal Key’s partners can consult with our attorneys on individual legal questions.
Legal Key responds to each consult question by identifying the legal issues at hand, providing information about potential risks and rewards, offering tips about systems navigation and expectations, and most importantly, provides care teams with action steps.
Consultation is not legal representation, but instead uplifts the legal problem-solving strategies that people who are not attorneys can do.

Legal Key’s Law & Policy Consultants (LPCs) attend our partner’s team meetings on a regular basis.
LPCs use meeting time to reinforce the use of legal issue spotting and problem-solving as part of the case review process.
Partners can also use embedding time to raise individual consult questions.
